I should point out that DNS Server and Active Directory Domain Services (NTDS) only apply to some servers and never to client machines. Don’t make NlaSvc dependent on them if they’re not there! To check: sc qc dns and sc qc ntds. Alas, I’m still battling this on some Windows 10 clients.
