Same Roku box is absolutely choking on Netflix. Happened after most recent firmware update. Tried a factory reset last night, but it automatically downloaded the latest update afterward so that was no help. To be clear, Netflix on the Roku is the only service that is having issues in my entire network that I laid out above. It's a known issue according to Roku support. I also have the ultra and a ks8000. If you want Netflix to play 4K, Roku display setting must be on 4K uhd, don't select hdr because then it reverts back to 1080p.
